A native of Poland, Pawel is fluent in Polish. Pawel holds a Juris Doctorate degree fromLoyola Law School Los Angeles and business and music degrees from the University ofSouthern California and can be often found strumming the guitar or writing a script for relaxation.

Jiyoung Moon is an attorney specializing in transactional, entertainment, complex litigation, compliance and procedural issues. Jiyoung has consulted on multi-million dollar technology development projects one of which was the focus of utilizing technology to simplify and unify the complex and often diffused, local, state and federal court rules.

Jiyoung has experience in international business, immigration, intellectual property and employment matters and also held in-house counsel position at a post secondary educational institution. A native of Korea, Jiyoung is fluent in Korean and has strong ties to the business and entertainment communities of Korea. Jiyoung is also a professional cellist and holds a Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California in Cello Performance.
